BioDesigners (CEO Lee Dong-ho) and MediThinkQ (CEO Lim Seung-joon), a medical AR wearable display solution company, signed an investment agreement on May 7, 2024.
Lee Dong-ho, CEO of BioDesigners, Lim Seung-joon, CEO of MediThinkQ, and Lee Hee-yeol, CEO of VentureBlick, attended the signing ceremony held at Hanshin Inter Valley 24.
Through this agreement, BioDesigners invested in MediThinkQ and acquired 60,000 shares of common stock.
Healthcare startup MediThinkQ signed a contract in January this year to exclusively supply medical augmented reality (AR) display solutions to Medtronic, the world's largest medical device company.
Through this agreement, MediThinkQ will exclusively supply Medtronic with its medical augmented reality wearable display, "ScopeEye," throughout the United States.
MediThinkQ has already signed a sales contract with Japan's Medtronic last year in Japan, which is considered one of the world's top three medical device markets.
